“Had my 50th High School reunion yesterday. Lots of people commented on how good I looked especially my arms and shoulders. I also had more stamina than most of the other 67/68 year-olds. I danced over an hour straight. This morning my Fitbit said: Congratulations, you did 70 minutes of aerobics and burned 300 calories. I laughed so hard when I saw it.
