We want your first experience with us to be comfortable and welcoming. One of our coaches will give you a tour of the facility, sit down with you to discuss your goals, do a quick fitness assessment, and walk you through what to expect. At Revolt, we’re here to help you every step of the way!
We know you have many options when it comes to choosing a place to work out. A treadmill at home? A $15/month gym down the street? A personal trainer? We encourage you to think beyond that and ask yourself: What are my goals? If you’re looking for personalized attention, professional coaching, accountability, and the chance to work out with a group of like-minded people who will cheer on your success, then Revolt Fitness is the place for you.
We love welcoming visitors from other boxes to come “throw down” with us! If you’re just passing through, our drop-in fee is $15 per day. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class so we can get you set up with a waiver and introduce you to our gym. You can find our class schedule [here]. While our setup might differ from your home box, we hope you enjoy the change of scenery, the community, and maybe even the music. If something doesn’t feel right, let us know—we’re here to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
If you're just starting out, we recommend beginning with three sessions a week for the first couple of weeks. Then, gradually build to four, and eventually five sessions per week. Once you reach five days a week, we suggest incorporating two recovery days to allow your body to rest and recover.

Our workouts are scalable to ensure anyone can participate, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
