Eating this way eliminates many processed and unhealthy foods from your diet and emphasizes fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. What You Can Eat on the Paleo Diet

The paleo diet consists of whole, unprocessed foods that would have been available to our hunter-gatherer ancestors thousands of years ago.
