The Holidays are behind us and you may have noticed your favorite pair of jeans fitting a little snug. Do not panic! It is normal for most folks to fill their plates a few extra times with their favorite holiday treats while they are celebrating with their family and friends. We have heard your concerns and here to help you get back into shape! Revolt Fitness will be launching their 4th annual Nutrition Challenge: beginning January 16th. We have made it easy and fun for you to follow to ensure that you can meet your goals.

The challenge is 6 weeks long starting on January 16th and ending on February 26th. The following are key details about the SlimDown Challenge:

Benchmarks 

* The most Body Fat % lost using the 3-D Body Composition Scan at Revolt Fitness using your Pre-Challenge and Post-Challenge results.

* Easily track meals for points and log in bonuses along the way using Wodify RISE Application.

Requirements

* The cost of entry for Revolt Members is $50 which includes access to Wodify Rise Application and 3-D Body Composition Scan.

* For non-Revolt Members the cost of entry is $200 which will include a package deal containing 6 weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes at Revolt Fitness, access to Wodify Rise Application and 3-D Body Composition Scan.

* Activate a Wodify RISE account to easily keep track of your meals for points and log in bonuses along the way.

*Visit Revolt Fitness to get your 3-D Body Composition Scan for a Pre- and Post- Body Fat %. Your first scan needs to be completed on January 14th by appointment. Your second visit should be completed on February 26th by appointment..

*Your pre and post results needs to be completed during the provided time window in order for your results be eligible for prizes.

* Orientation is January 14th at 9am to further discuss details, answer questions and complete your 3-D Body Composition Scan.
